| General FAQ Q: How are El Encanto Healthcare rooms furnished? A: All of El Encanto's rooms have two beds, each with a night stand and closet. All rooms have bathroom access, as well as a TV. Q: Can I or my family member bring in my own TV or furniture? A: Residients are more than welcome to have their own dressor, television, radio, etc. or any other item that makes them feel more comfortable and at home. Any item brought to the facility must be listed on the resident's inventory list which nursing or social services can assist with. Q: Are there telephones in patient/resident rooms? A: No. Telephones are not in rooms; however the business office can arrange for phone service at the resident's expense. Q: Can family dine with the resident/patient? A: Yes, family is welcome to dine with residents and can order an extra meal tray from the nursing station.
